Our stay at the hotel started off on a sour note with a mix-up that sent us to an entirely different resort, which we never intended to stay at. The location was fantastic, close to plenty of dining options and beach activities, but the accommodation was not as advertised, with maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns overshadowing our experience. While the dining options at La Tosca were commendable, the overall management of the resort needs a serious overhaul.
